Brooklyn School of Real Estate provides the following continuing education courses for Appraisal professionals:
COURSE 1: NATIONAL USPAP COURSE
As a Licensed or Certified Appraiser, you are required to complete the 7-Hour National USPAP course every two years.

COURSE 2: FAIR HOUSING AND FAIR LENDING
The course explores fair housing and fair lending for appraisers, covers Federal and State Fair Housing laws, including non-discrimination regulations. Quality fair housing training is critically important for all appraisers to obtain and maintain their credentials.

COURSE 3: COST APPROACH
The cost approach is often the most least understood of the approach to value. This course works with costs handbooks and revisits this significant appraisal approach to value.

Business valuation with or without real property is an important source of income for the real estate appraiser. This workshop course analyzes the valuation of various types of businesses.

This course offers a detailed analysis of the income approach to value. Included in the presentation is an explanation of the valuation of both large and small income properties.

This course details the writing of a long form appraisal report for both residential and commercial applications.
